Humble Beginnings

Honey Buzz Winery is owned and operated by George and Paige Nester, who have become seasoned veterans of beekeeping with over a decade of experience. George, a pharmacist by trade, also happens to be a self-proclaimed beer connoisseur and has brewed his own beer [for personal use, of course] for a number of years. The dream for the restaurant began when George decided to try his hand at brewing mead, also known as honey wine. With his experience, a fruitful supply of honey, and over ten years of beekeeping experience, this didn’t seem like a dream far out of reach for the couple.

Today, you can try one of George’s creations on tap right here at Honey Buzz Winery!
